How to keep the cats out of the sandbox? We are wanting to put a large playground/swingset in our back yard and we would like it to be surrounded by a large sandbox. However there are so many cats in the neighbourhood and having a child indgest cat poop can be very dangerous. I am afraid that having a large sand box is just inviting the cats to come and use is as a litterbox. Any suggestions in keeping the cats away from the sandbox?
